When dining at Outlaw's expect crispy Cornish oysters with cucumber, rich shellfish stew, brill with crab and asparagus, roast turbot on the bone.

The restaurant itself offers an elegant yet informal atmosphere within this unique Knightsbridge hotel. The huge windows and high ceilings are accentuated by bare wooden tables and the simplicity of the decor by Nina Campbell matching the ethos of Nathan's food.

Nathan Outlaw holds two Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Cornwall and whilst remaining primarily based there, he spends time at The Capital every week liaising with head chef Pete Biggs who he has worked with over the past 10 years.
