About

The Royal Observatory boasts unforgettable views and provides an unbeatable setting for evening events.

The historic Flamsteed House is home to the elegant Octagon Room, one of the only interiors designed by Sir Christopher Wren still intact. With soaring ceilings and 360 degree views over London it is perfect for intimate dinners, high profile receptions or wedding ceremonies.

The Meridian Courtyard, home to the Meridian Line and overlooking Greenwich Park down to the O2 Arena, Canary Wharf and Central London, is ideal for summer parties. Guests can take in the view and enjoy the sunset. In wet weather, the Time and Longitude Gallery can showcase Harrison's world famous sea clocks and we can enhance the guest experience with curatorial talks.

Enhance the event further: star gaze with our astronomers using the century old Great Equatorial Telescope; interact with meteors or add on a planetarium show. Whatever your event, we can ensure you'll never have another like it.
