There are 3 eating areas within the British Museum. The Court Restaurant, located under the acclaimed Foster and Partners glass roof in the Great Court, offers a choice of dishes from around the world. Enjoy light lunches, traditional afternoon teas and evening meals with a comprehensive range of wines and spirits and experience friendly waiter service at the heart of one of the world's greatest museums. Located next to Room 12, the Gallery Café offers a range of light hot and cold meals (including vegetarian options), morning coffee and afternoon tea. Exhibition themed menus are available. Finally, the Court Café offers hot and cold drinks, freshly made sandwiches, cakes and light meals. Open for morning coffee (11am-12noon), lunch (12noon-3pm), afternoon tea (3pm-5.30pm) plus dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings (5.30pm-10.30pm).
