Hyde London City

Accor's Hyde brand debuted their first property in London at the redeveloped 15 Old Bailey. The four-star hotel features 111 rooms, a Turkish-inspired restaurant, a vinyl-led speakeasy bar and flexible event spaces for meetings, parties and more. 

Sir Devonshire Square

A new brand by hospitality group Sircle Collection, this 81-bedroom hotel by Liverpool Street station offers a restaurant and bar, fitness studios, The Cover private members' club and plenty of green spaces. Opening in autumn 2024

Ruby Stella Hotel & Bar

Within walking distance of Farringdon Station, Ruby Stella’s 153 rooms are all designed to create the perfect conditions for a good night’s sleep. This property forms part of a mix-use development in Clerkenwell offering offices and nine new-build residential units and private terraces added to the existing Victorian building. Opening in autumn 2024

Dao by Dorsett North London

In a fully restored Grade II-listed building with an 80-year history, Dao North London offers 68 apartments and suites as well as an art centre for events, co-working spaces, a cinema, F&B outlets and a rooftop terrace. Opening in autumn 2024

Hyatt Regency London Olympia

Directly connecting to the historic convention centre, the 196-room Hyatt Regency London Olympia marks the eighth Hyatt in the capital. The hotel is to include a restaurant and lobby lounge with bar and market area, as well as four meeting rooms. Opening end of 2024/2025

Park Hyatt London River Thames

Located in London's Nine Elms area on the south bank of the river Thames, the first Park Hyatt property in the UK features 203 rooms, large meeting spaces, a ballroom and a secure executive wing due to its proximity to the US Embassy. Opening in late 2024

Dorsett Alpha Square Canary Wharf

This 231-room Dorsett Alpha Square is part of a new mixed-use development in Canary Wharf. The hotel will be in a 20-storey tower with a piazza-side cafe, restaurant, gym, conference facility at the lower levels and a rooftop sky bar. Opening in early 2025

Newman Hotel - Kinsfolk & Co

Set to be an instant new destination for the neighbourhood of Fitzrovia, this contemporary hotel offers 81 rooms and suites, a European brasserie, a cocktail bar, a Nordic-inspired wellness floor and private event spaces. Opening in summer 2025

The Other House Covent Garden

Located moments from the famous piazza, The Other House Covent Garden features the brand's signature Club Flats alongside a destination bar, casual bistro and a rooftop bar. A private members' club is to offer a restaurant and bar, wellness centre and hi-tech gym. Opening in 2025

Travelodge London Chiswick

This new-build property is to offer 113 rooms with a new premium and sustainability-minded design across the ground floor and five upper floors including carpet made from recycled fishing nets, low energy lighting and aerated showers and taps. Opening in 2025

Six Senses London

An iconic building and former department store, Whiteleys is soon to become home to Six Senses London. The hotel, wellness club and spa is set to open with 110 guest rooms and suites, starting from 355 sq ft (33 sq m) and celebrating the building's origins, while making space for modern living. Opening in 2025

citizenM London Olympia

Dutch hotel group citizenM is to open its fifth London hotel in 2025. Within the transformed Olympia London exhibition centre on Hammersmith Road, the hotel is to feature 145 rooms, three societyM meeting rooms as well as the option for contactless stays. Opening in 2025

The Chancery Rosewood

Rosewood's second London hotel will take over the former US Embassy building in Grosvenor Square. The luxury hotel is set to open with 139 rooms, five restaurants, six retail units, a spa and a ballroom accommodating up to 750 guests. Opening in 2025

ERGON House Covent Garden

Greek food and hospitality brand ERGON are to debut their first hotel outside of Greece. Within a listed building in Covent Garden, the boutique hotel is to offer 20 guest rooms, a fitness suite and a rooftop restaurant with an alfresco terrace. Opening in 2025

Admiralty Arch Waldorf Astoria

After a five-year project, the iconic London landmark Admiralty Arch is transforming into a luxury hotel with 100 rooms and suites. Rooms are to feature lavish finishes, the latest technology and incredible views of The Mall and Trafalgar Square, while public areas of the hotel reflect its Grade I-listed status. Opening in 2025
