Emmy has more than a decade of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry in both proactive and reactive sales working within the corporate and MICE markets. She works within the Convention Bureau team, assisting on all corporate enquiries, offering advice and first-hand knowledge on London venues and event services.

Anoushka has extensive experience in the events industry, having worked at several high-profile organisations in London. After three years at London & Partners, she is now part of the Convention Bureau, supporting corporate and agency clients with tailored guidance, advice and solutions.
Joshua Novick
Head of Global Sales
Having joined the London Convention Bureau in 2013, Joshua is based in New York City and is focused on supporting our global agency and corporate clients as they plan their London meetings, incentives, conferences and events. While not a native Londoner, after more than a decade of representing London, he is a go-to resource for anything and everything London and the Convention Bureau’s “honorary Londoner”.
Lauren Godward
Business Development Manager, Global Sales
Having joined the London Convention Bureau in 2025, Lauren has worked across both the association and corporate markets and now focuses on business development for corporate accounts. She has more than 15 years' experience in the hospitality and business events industry, having represented several international convention bureaus and led sales and marketing activities across Europe.
Holly Izzard
Business Development Executive, Global Sales
Holly has more than seven years’ experience across hospitality, events and business development roles. She joined the London Convention Bureau in 2025, supporting corporate clients with MICE enquiries through venue sourcing and destination expertise. Now part of the Global Sales team, Holly focuses on promoting London to North American and international audiences.
Diogo Castro
Business Development Executive, Global Sales
Diogo supports business development across global markets, drawing on his experience in events and tech sales, alongside multilingual account management. Since joining the Convention Bureau’s European Sales team in 2024, he has gained valuable experience promoting and pitching London to European and international audiences.
Suzanne Singleton
Head of Associations and Citywide Bids
As the Head of Associations, Suzanne leads on bringing international association congresses to London. Working with key stakeholders and suppliers, Suzanne and her team build the London proposition that secures and maintains London's position as one of the top 10 global destinations to host international association congresses. Suzanne works closely with key London venues, global hotel groups and service providers to create, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of international association events coming to London.
Serena Tallarico
Senior Business Development Manager, Research & Bids
As a member of the Convention Bureau team since 2012, Serena specialises in bidding for major international associations and corporate events. Her role encompasses strategic business development and research, while her well-established relationships working closely with hotels, venues and service providers across London means she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in unlocking the city for our clients.
Chloe Bailey
Bid Executive, Associations
After Chloe graduated from university in 2022, she gained experience within the events sales team at Excel London. This led her to her current role within the London Convention Bureau, where she supports the Associations team in bidding for large association events as well as handling many smaller association enquiries. Chloe specialises in managing multiple room blocks and citywide accommodation searches to support international bids, and works closely with the London hotel community to secure the rooms needed when bidding for large-scale congresses.
Samantha Fay
Head of Major Events & Experiences
Sam has more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing events and experiences, with former roles at LEGO, Guinness World Records, EIDOS, Electronic Arts and Layered Reality. She is responsible for growing the experience economy by bringing world-class major events and experiences to the city.
Nathalie Kadhim
Senior Programme Manager, Major Events & Experiences
As Senior Programme Manager in the Major Events & Experience team, Nathalie works with leading global sports rightsholders and entertainment brands, including the NFL, UEFA, Formula E, MLB, NBA, ABBA Voyage, Riot Games, BLAST and Warner Bros. She also focuses on securing new major events and experiences for London and supporting partners to unlock London to maximise potential.
Michelle Jackley
Programme Manager, Major Events & Experiences
Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience across brand marketing, events and experiences, including 17 years at Virgin Galactic, where she held senior roles in brand experience, creative and events. Michelle focuses on attracting major events and experiences to London, working with event organisers, rights holders and city stakeholders to help bring their vision to life and connect them with London’s wider event ecosystem.

Sophie has more than 10 years’ experience across large public facing events, focusing on placemaking and creating destinations across London. Sophie focuses on attracting major events and experiences to come to London, supporting them on their journey to bring their vision to life.
