New hotels in London in 2026

St. Regis London

Experience five-star luxury at the new and highly anticipated St. Regis London, which is scheduled to open in glamorous Mayfair in late spring/early summer 2026. The 196-room hotel, formerly known as Westbury Mayfair Hotel, is the first property from the luxury worldwide brand to open in the UK, following an extensive renovation including a new eighth floor and enhanced public spaces. Once completed, the hotel will also feature a signature restaurant, a speakeasy jazz bar, a fitness centre and a spa.

Six Senses London

An iconic art deco building and former department store, Whiteleys is now home to Six Senses London. The hotel, wellness club and spa opened in March with 14 branded residences and 109 guest rooms and suites celebrating the building's origins, while making space for modern living. Highlights for event organisers and business travellers will include a cosy lobby bar and lounge, various spaces for private events, an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen and a courtyard.

Imperial Hotel Bloomsbury

With 357 thoughtfully designed rooms, a workout suite, a lounge, multiple dining spaces and a stunning panoramic rooftop bar, the completely refurbished Imperial Hotel in Bloomsbury is set to reopen its doors in spring 2026. Overlooking Russell Square, the brutalist building will be transformed into a four-star deluxe lifestyle hotel, serving as the flagship of the family-owned hospitality group.

Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch

After a six-year project, the iconic London landmark Admiralty Arch is transforming into a five-star luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel with 100 rooms and suites, a ballroom, a spa, a rooftop terrace, bars and restaurants from world-renowned chefs. Set to open in late 2026, rooms will feature lavish finishes, the latest technology and incredible views of The Mall and Trafalgar Square, while public areas of the hotel will reflect its Grade I-listed status. 

Hyatt Regency London Olympia

Directly connecting to the historic Olympia convention centre, the 196-room Hyatt Regency London Olympia marks the eighth Hyatt in the capital. Scheduled to open late spring/early summer 2026, the five-star hotel boasts a restaurant and lounge with a bar and market area, as well as three modern meeting rooms ideal for small gatherings, strategy sessions or breakout meetings. 

The Newman

The Newman opened in February 2026, and brings its mix of classic and new elegance to London's vibrant Fitzrovia district. The hotel has 81 rooms including suites and apartments, a holistic wellness centre that spans a whole floor, a European brasserie, cocktail bar and spaces for private events.

Dukes London

Home to one of the city’s most iconic bars, Dukes London is reopening in the spring after extensive refurbishment. The renewed hotel features a new luxury space, the Delany Drawing Room, featuring signature cocktails and distillery-led whisky tastings.

Cambridge House Auberge Collection

A historic, 18th-century Georgian building, Cambridge House Auberge Collection hotel is opening in late 2026 as a hotel with 102 guest rooms, its signature restaurant Major’s Grill and three floors of holistic wellness facilities. The hotel is in Mayfair, just minutes away from Green Park, Buckingham Palace and close to Knightsbridge and the West End. 

House of Gods

A unique and elegant hotel with gold gilding décor throughout, House of Gods is opening at the end of May. The boutique hotel is on the waterfront in Canary Wharf, an ideal location for business travellers to the city with excellent transport connections to central London, major railway stations and airports. It also features a rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views of the Canary Wharf skyline.

Hotel Indigo London K West

Hotel Indigo London K West opened in March and brings 231 rooms, a spa with an outdoor garden and exciting dining options to Shepherd’s Bush in west London. The building once housed the BBC Kensington House studios, where music icons including David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix recorded. It is also conveniently located near Westfield London for shopping and easy transport connections from Shepherd’s Bush station.

St Clement

Offering 90 rooms, including 15 apartments for longer term stays, the St Clement hotel is opening in 2026 in Temple. The hotel is part of the 180 Quarter, a development that includes a cultural centre, a two-Michelin starred restaurant and the 180 House member’s club.

Delano London

The iconic Delano is bringing its signature elegance and contemporary style to Kensington in west London. Opening in late 2026, the hotel will offer 67 rooms, a restaurant and the London debut of Miami’s renowned Rose Bar.

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Derby opened in April and is in a prime location in the City, close to Tower Bridge, the Tate Modern and the Tower of London. The 234-room hotel has three event spaces for up to 70 people, and guests can enjoy contemporary British cuisine with stunning views of London at the all-day dining restaurant, coffee house and bar.

The Webster

Opening in the summer, The Webster brings classic elegance and contemporary design to Covent Garden in central London. The hotel has three spaces available for private hire for events of up to 160, and a choice of an Italian restaurant, a coffee bar terrace and even a speakeasy bar to unwind after a long day.
