The venue's self-contained Conference & Convention Centre offers flexible space for up to 2,000. A healthcare-assessed venue, its 40 meeting rooms make it one of London's most versatile event spaces. The Champagne Suite, pillar-free, caters for 1,400 theatre-style, 1,500 diners or 2,000 for a reception. 21 of the syndicate rooms have natural daylight, whilst the purpose-built Chablis Suite offers 1,360 sqm of exhibition space.

630 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with two restaurants and a bar terrace complement the hotel's meeting facilities. Both restaurants serve the highest quality produce, Aroma buffet style and Artisan, A La Carte.
